So I was like a child at Disneyland watching this. Also we were only the only 3 in the cinema. 3 tickets for this film was $12.00 and it was money well spent. So I saw this film being advertised in the paper. Buddy the Elf, Yukon Cornelius, the Miser Brothers, and Cousin Eddie are just a handful of beloved characters who became the faces of iconic Christmas movies. I was 21 and I wanted to take my niece & nephew to see it but 3 tickets would have cost about $80 back in 1986. Whether intentional or not, there are just some certain Christmas characters that are creepy and strange instead of having classic Christmas charm.
